Committees
Eldorado Heights Homeowner's Association has established the following committees. Each committee has its own page that lists the committee's function, agenda, and contact information. If you are interested in volunteering your time and/or talents to any of our committees, please e-mail the corresponding chariperson.
We currently have an opening for Landscape Chairman. If you have an interest, please contact one of the board members. Our Landscape Company maintains the entrances, the common medians, sprinkler system and special projects upon request. If you have a special interest in landscaping and the neighborhood, please contact us to become a member of this all important committee.

We believe that communication is one of the best ways to fight against Crime in our neighborhood. To help do so we have several Block Captains that will take care of an area in Eldorado Heights Phase 1. If you are a victim of crime or know of someone who is, please notify and inform your Block Captain.

Recent Crime in our Neighborhood
Graffitti in the park, mailbox distruction, cars parked on the street have been vandalized.

Our website has been set up as a secure site. We are using this site to post public announcements and public documents that pertain to our development. It is also being used as a means to send messages to Eldorado Heights Phase I homeowners. To receive messages, you must register. The Architectural Review Committee is set up to review all submissions to changes that occur to a home within our Eldorado Heights Phase I development. They review the form and approve or reject based on the development restrictions and whether or not the improvement stays consistent within the neighborhood. You can find the form below and in “About Us” on the home page of this site. Please feel free to email the board with any questions.
